Vanuatu and the east coast of Australia are almost the same. Vanuatu is an hour ahead of Brisbane, there is no daylight saving time in Vanuatu. As for Sydney and Melbourne, when we move our clocks forward we have the same time as Vanuatu in our summer daylight savings months (Oct to Apr). The official Vanuatu Time Zone is GMT+11:00
